Integration organisations and other possibilities to make additional earnings

IIntegration organisations are predominantly made up of small to middle-sized companies from different fields of the economy, which occupy psychically ill persons, and whose participation in other occupations in the general labour market is associated with particular difficulties. For handicapped persons, this work in integration orpanisations differs from that in workshops to such an extent that the persons involved are bound by educational and occupational rights, and by contracts associated with occupational, collective-bargaining and social-judicial rights and duties. The goal is the creation of long-term working sites subject to social insurance contributions.
